    • The Multi-Account Discount is a solution for having separate accounts without having to pay full price for each additional account.
  • What is the Multi-Account Discount used with?
    • The Multi-Account Discount is used with our ASL Bundle For Beginners & Improvers when a family or organization wishes to have multiple individualized accounts with separate login access and progress history.
  • Why would anyone want multiple individual accounts for the ASL Bundle?
    • It’s common for families to have multiple children studying American Sign Language as part of their education.
    • Many families like to have a separate account for each child to clearly track history, progress, and be able to proceed independently.
    • Separate accounts = 1) Different login information, 2) Unique progress history, and 3) Individualized Certificates of Completion.
    • This is a great option for homeschooling families who want to maintain clear educational records for each of their children.
  • Have you done Multi-Account Discounts in the past?
    • Yes. We’ve worked with families on various occasions who wish to have separate accounts for each of their children as part of their ASL study plan.
    • Instead of paying full price for two (2) or three (3) separate ASL Bundle accounts, we negotiated a deal where they paid full price for the first account and received the rest at a discount.
    • It’s basically a “buy one at full price, get the rest at a discount” kind of arrangement.
    • Since each family was different, we communicated via email and negotiated a discount which was tailored to their unique situations.
    • We offer a Multi-Account Discount ONLY for the Yearly Subscription and One-Time Payment options.
    • We do not offer a Multi-Account Discount for the Monthly Subscription option.
  • If the Yearly Subscription is used with the Multi-Account Discount does the discount apply to the first payment only or to all future payments as well?
    • The Multi-Account Discount will apply for all future Yearly Subscription payments as well.
  • What does a Multi-Account Discount actually look like in practice?
    • It ends up being a “buy one at full price, get the rest at a discount” type of arrangement.
    • Student #1 pays full price while Student #2, Student #3, etc pay a discounted price.
    • After the first successful purchase (Student #1), we send discount coupon codes via email for the remaining purchases (Student #2, Student #3, etc).
    • Important: To guarantee a separate and unique account, each student must use a different email address account at checkout.
  • Is the Multi-Account Discount only for homeschooling families or can it be used for non-homeschooling families, businesses, schools, or other situations?
    • The goal is to offer this opportunity to groups of people who share a common connection and have a head person, entity, or office in charge of paying the bills.
    • Our Multi-Account Discount works for families, homeschoolers, businesses, schools, etc, etc.
    • If you have a group of students that all need separate accounts, we can probably find a solution that will work for you.

  • Can’t the whole family just share a single account to access the ASL Bundle?
    • Yes. This option works for some families and situations.
    • However, a single account shared by multiple people won’t be customized to any one person.
    • A shared account will be a “community” account and more difficult to know which student is at what lesson, making what progress, and on what course.
    • In addition, the name on the course certificates will always be the same as the person whose name is on the account. The other students won’t be able to have course certificates in their name.
