I haven’t received the confirmation email. Where is it? Is the world coming to an end?
- If you don’t get the confirmation email right away, wait a few minutes. Please be patient. The lovely, incredible world of the internet and email sometimes gets delayed.Â
- Another option is to check your junk or spam folder.
- If you haven’t received the email after 15 minutes, feel free to fill out the “Contact Info” form again. Make sure to check that you’re using the correct email address.
Do I have to pay money or donate one of my kidneys to receive the ASL Daily Message emails?
- Nope. This is a free project from Able Lingo. Enjoy leveling up your American Sign Language (ASL) fingerspelling recognition skills.
What is the purpose of these sign language messages?
- To improve your ASL fingerspelling recognition and finger fluency while deciphering inspiring messages, quotes, and questions.
What if I sign up and later I don’t want to receive the ASL messages anymore?
- Easy. Tap the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom the email.
What if I can’t see the messages when I open the emails?
- First, you might just need to wait a moment for the images to load.
- Second, to see the messages, you must allow images to be viewed in your email client (Gmail, Apple Mail, Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo! Mail, Thunderbird, etc.)
- If you’re stuck and still unable to see the ASL messages, do a Google search for “how to allow images in (name of your email client)”.
At what time of day will I receive the emails?
- ASL Message #1 will be sent immediately (no matter the time of day) after you tap the button to confirm your email address in the confirmation email. We figured you’d like to get started right away so we decided to send Message #1 right away. Hooray!
- The subsequent messages (Message #2, Message #3, etc) will be emailed to you daily at 9:00 AM. The messages will be sent on all days of the week including the weekends.
